Case items online. Custom work by phone.
Three ways to order from Plehn’s, and exactly what each one covers — so the cake you pick up is the cake you wanted.
Case 01 — The order counter
What are you after? We’ll tell you how to get it.
Some things go straight from the case into an online order. Anything decorated or custom is done by phone or at the counter. Pick an item and the right way lights up.
Order online
Anything you could normally buy from the case. The only change allowed online is a message on a cake.

Holidays
Ordering for a holiday? Order at least 3 days ahead.
Decorated cakes
Decorated cakes book up — we suggest you order early. On weekends we may be limited to pre-decorated cakes we can add your message to.
Ice cream cakes
Round only, with at least 48 hours’ notice so the ice cream can set.
Cupcakes
Seasonal and basic iced cupcakes are in the case. All other cupcakes must be ordered.
Wedding cakes
Start with a free consultation, Tuesday–Saturday, 9am–3pm. Call to book. No consultations on some days before Easter, Derby, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Online orders
Anything you could normally buy from the case. The only change allowed online is a message on a cake.
Cupcake minimums
Some flavors come by the dozen.
Minimums apply to ordered cupcakes by flavor.
